My interest and experience in home baked bread and sour dough starters, homemade vanilla extract, and old world mead brewing drew me easily to the artisan nature of my dad's coffee roasting.  Having also been involved in ministry and missions, it excites me to be able to make a difference with our coffee roasting. ---Eli Thompson
